Lee and his team recently fitted a new kitchen for us which was a challenge in itself as it was in desperate need of updating. Not only did he have to fit the kitchen there was the not inconsiderable problem of replacing rotten floorboards and joists where the old sink had stood (and leaked!) for many years. There was also the job of removing ‘floor to ceiling’ tiles (two layers!) and re-plastering very uneven walls.
Throughout the whole process the overriding impression we got was that nothing was too much trouble and that Lee would only be satisfied when we were 100% happy with the results. He was available to provide advice and re-assurance every step of the way and Lee and all the other guys in the team were friendly, polite and professional at all times. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working in the house; they cleaned up at the end of every day and worked with minimal disruption.
The finished kitchen is beautiful and reflects Lee’s expertise and attention to detail. The cost was very competitive and the quote we were given before the work started was what we paid at the end with no additional costs or add-ons.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending LS Plumbing and will certainly be calling on them again.

Having done various small jobs (fixing washing machine leaks etc) in the past, I was delighted to be able to employ Lee to install a whole new bathroom for me. It was a complicated job (which involved unforeseen structural work) as well as the expected work of tearing out the old bathroom, repositioning the radiator and basin, and fitting/tiling the new bathroom. Lee and his team worked efficiently throughout and I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom - can't quite believe it is mine! I would also like to note how beautifully they tidied up afterwards (as the whole house was full of brick dust) and how willing they were to sort other plumbing items which cropped up during the process (e.g. putting new thermostat on bedroom radiator and sorting out some other pipework). Lee removed our old bathroom and refitted a brand new one including, floor, tiles and bathroom suite. He was punctual, friendly and got on with the job with no hassle. The guys he sub-contracted for the tiles/plastering and the floor were also of good quality and provided an exceptional service.
Lee gave us a quote and even though our bathroom was quite problematic, there were no extra charges. He ensured the bathroom was done to the date he originally gave us by the guys staying late on several occasions. Lee even fitted our accessories such as towel rail and cabinet as we didn't want to damage the new tiles!

Our kitchen refit arrangements got delayed because of bad weather; this meant that we needed a sink and gas hob to be fitted at very short notice. Lee responded very quickly and fitted in the work just when we needed it. He checked all the gas piping and also sorted out a problem with the sink & bath waste piping.
