Our kitchen refit arrangements got delayed because of bad weather; this meant that we needed a sink and gas hob to be fitted at very short notice. Lee responded very quickly and fitted in the work just when we needed it. He checked all the gas piping and also sorted out a problem with the sink & bath waste piping.
